Qiwio is an exciting video tech startup based in Halmstad that delivers a simple and easy-to-use video software solution to help companies all over the world grow using video. We are looking for creative, curious, experienced and driven individuals interested in sales to join our team and help more SMB’s grow and engage their audience.

Qiwio is currently seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be responsible for driving new revenue to the company through developing / executing a successful inbound and outbound sales strategy whilst working closely with the marketing and product development teams. You should be prepared to work in a fast paced industry who thrives when working under pressure and loves to set high goals for themselves.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in an exciting startup environment, who has the potential, drive and ambition to become Qiwio’s next Chief Sales Executive as we grow.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Developing and executing a scalable sales strategy
  • Working with the marketing and development team to create a product led growth strategy
  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing client accounts
  • Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle 
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers by taking a consultative approach to selling.
  • Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Collaborate with technical members of the Qiwio team to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all recommendations provided to current and prospective customers.
  • Calling to establish new opportunities
  • Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  • Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing team for the end users and channels
  • Effectively forecast your pipeline from a monthly and quarterly perspective.

Qualifications & Experience

  • SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
  • Strong time management, organization, and decision-making skills. We give a lot of autonomy, but it requires people to be independent self-starters and focused about how they use their time.
  • A genuine curiosity about people, their goals and their business challenges, and a desire to help them find the right solution.
  • Experience conducting online demos
  • Ambition to grow and adapt, and contribute to an evolving sales team’s strategy.
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
  • Proven track record of growing business revenue
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must (In Swedish and English)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
